Codes not in the 2022 NAICS 11 codes

How to read this table

NAICS is the North American Industry Classification System. Lenders record a six-digit code on each SBA loan, and the SBA 7(a) public file carries it. Codes changed between the 2017 and 2022 editions; loans recorded under a 2017 code that the 2022 edition split or renamed are counted under the 2022 code (see the methodology). The size standard is the SBA's small business threshold for the code, in average annual receipts ($ millions) or employees; the lender decides whether a given buyer qualifies.
